Being active doesn't mean you can't take it easy.
Your condominium fee includes:
- Insurance for all buildings and all common areas
- Landscape maintenance, including grass mowing
- Cleaning and other maintenance of the exterior portions of buildings, including decks, patios, porches, garage doors, and roofs
- Maintenance of the Clubhouse, pool and tennis court
- Electricity, heat and water to all common areas (utilities are separately metered for each home)
- Snow removal for all common areas, including streets, driveways, common walkways, front entrances and other parking areas
- Management fees and expenses
